IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO THE SALON?

Yes, Norman Park train station is diagonally opposite us. There are also two bus stops just steps away regular busses running.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is plenty of free parking provided within the complex.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

Please call the salon as soon as you know that you will be late. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control and will do our best to accommodate. So that we are not inconveniencing other clients we may need to reschedule your appointment.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

WILL I BE REMINDED OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes. You will receive a text reminder the day before so please provide your correct mobile number upon making your appointment.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We get it, sometimes things just come up but so that you aren't taking someone else's appointment, we expect that when canceling, as much notice as possible is given.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Ethics are one of the many reasons we have chosen our products and we are proud to say that we use vegan products that are not tested on animals.

CAN I COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION?

Yes, we provide free consultations with our senior staff to answer any questions.
